|No one is immune to stress and it has a huge effect on our overall physical health. Everyday our clinicians see the toll stress takes on our patients bodies. Headaches, muscle pain and strain, low back pain, sciatica and a host of other issues can all be caused by different forms of stress.
Dr. Jenn Teasdale, DC will show you how practicing yoga and meditation for even 5 minutes a day can reduce your stress and improve your health. She will be offering a 6 week guided meditation class as a follow up to this session as well.
