Come Celebrate our 100th Anniversary at the Spine Climb – Register to Win!
The 3rd Annual Ascent Spine Climb will be held at the notorious McHugh Bluff stairs off Memorial Drive. The stairs can be daunting but don’t be intimidated! The event is for ALL ages and fitness levels.
You can choose to participate in the Fun Climb if chatting with a friend, drinking a cup of coffee and (maybe) doing a few sets of stairs sounds like your style. For those looking for a big challenge we have the Endurance Climb, which is a competition for the most sets of stairs completed in the three hours. The record was set in 2016 with 57 sets of stairs. (Incredible!) We also have a Family Climb option, which is a really affordable option for the whole family to participate. Last year we had kids as young as 2 doing full sets of stairs and a few parents wearing their babies in carriers. We will also have some kid-friendly activities planned for the morning, including a bouncy castle.
NEW THIS YEAR to celebrate the clinic’s 100 year anniversary we will be adding the 100 Club Challenge. Participants in this challenge will aim to climb 100 sets of stairs in the week leading up to the Spine Climb and can be completed during the Spine Climb. A link to track your climbs will be sent to registrants. There are extra prizes for those who complete the 100 Club Challenge!!
By registering you are automatically entered into our draw for the $1,000 Sport & Wellness GiveawayPackage. The winner will be named at the Spine Climb.
All proceeds from the event will go to World Spine Care which is an innovative organization working to improve access to quality, sustainable and evidence-based musculoskeletal care to people in the developing world. Neck and low back pain are among the most significant contributors to the global burden of disease. In many of these countries if people can’t work, even due to medical reasons, they are left destitute and unable to provide for themselves or their families.
Please #riseup and join us as we partner with World Spine Care in their efforts to help make a difference in the lives of people living with debilitating neck and back pain.
Transportation: Parking is available in the public parking lot on site. We will also have bike racks available for those who choose to bike.

BIB PICK UP will take place at the registration table at the bottom of the stairs starting at 8am on the day of the event.
